Karen began a real estate career in 1989 when working for her father's local brokerage in New Orleans as a real estate assistant and property manager.
After several years of cutting her teeth in the French Quarter, Uptown New Orleans, and the CBD, Karen joined a large national residential brokerage and spent 13 years in various roles, from an independent agent, part of her husband's team, was a member of the brokerage's Leadership Council, Productivity Coach, MCA/CFO, Associate Broker.

ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative
CRS- Certified Residential Specialist
RSPS- Resort and Second Property Specialist
Having a passion for teaching and coaching, she became a certified John Maxwell Accountability Coach and Motivational Speaker and formed a coaching company playfully called "Your Daily Karenism"
Deciding to pursue a brokerage ownership position, she and her husband purchased four Realty One Group Franchises for the following markets: Mandeville, Slidell, New Orleans, and Metairie. Karen serves as the Principal Broker and Accountability Coach.
