Born and raised in New Orleans I come from a large Italian family. Yes I love great food!
As a Zuppardo it should not surprise you that I really enjoy cooking and gathering with friends and family. It is a way of life for me.
I launched my real estate career in 1993 and immediately knew that it was the right choice for me. Starting out as a residential agent in and around the greater New Orleans area I absolutely loved helping new clients which in many cases those clients have become life-long friends.
I have always believed in treating people the way I want to be treated. I take my time to get to know my clients and what their needs are. It's such a great feeling to see the look on a first-time home buyer's face when they actually get the keys to their new home. I really do love what I do. I have helped many families in and around the greater New Orleans area and there is no better feeling.
In 2012 I expanded my services to include the commercial side of real estate. Servicing both the residential and commercial sides of real estate allows me the opportunity to serve my clients completely. I believe every individual has a unique set of circumstances and needs when it comes to what they are looking for in the real estate world. I always listen carefully to those needs and work hard to fulfill them to the best of my ability.
I am always in learning mode keeping up to date with the latest real estate statistics and trends marketing avenues and social media outlets. All of this becomes so important for my clients and offers them the best advantage possible.
My clients are like family to me and as I said before many of them have become good friends. There is no substitute for a real connection. I truly love the relationships that I form along the way in my journey. I am very fortunate to be in a profession that I truly enjoy with a career that is rewarding in so many ways.
